This circular sets out the obligations RC-Global.com under Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Information Purpose
Personal data and information relating to a member may be used to the following purposes:
i) application, termination and continuation of membership of RC-Global.com；
ii) conducting customer, product surveys, reaches and/or analysis；
iii) direct marketing.

Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data held by us relating to members will be kept confidential but we may provide such information for:
i) subsidiaries and associated companies within RC-Global.com；
ii) any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides services to RC-Global.com. In connection with the operation of our business；
iii) any person who owes a duty of confidentiality to RC-Global.com

Access and Correction of Personal Data
i) check whether RC-Global.com. Holds personal data on you；
ii) obtain a copy of that data；
iii) correct any data relating to which is inaccurate.
